700 days of bikram yoga
this is how my dream crew rolls—fruit in one hand and a camera in the other! oh, and looking great in sweat tank tops too.
guess what? i guess i gave you that one, din’t i? yes, 700 days in a row of bikram yoga! i din’t even start off with a 30 day challenge. the packers had a playoff bye two years ago so i practised 7 days in a row and haven’t missed a day yet. 3 of those days were home practise. i’ve done a lot of doubles in those 700 days and even 2 triples.
in those 700 days, i’ve gone back and forth from no water during class to loads of water. i used to have an emergen-c joint aid with lemon during class. the other day, shawn asked me what i’d been “running” in my bottle lately. sorry friends, i’m drinking nothing but pure water. i submit myself as proof that you can have a strong bikram pactise with nothing but nutritious eating and lots of water.
class today was with a new teacher who is still finding his groove with the dialogue. it was rad to see so many teachers taking his class, giving him support and encouragement. as a student, the only advise i can give is that most people don’t even listen to the dialogue, so don’t worry! ha ha. alright friends, that’s enough from me. see you tomorrow ~m

Great Odin’s Raven, M! 700 days in a row? That’s cool as hell – and I mean that in the non-oxymoronical way. Congratulations. Love the pics (including M & J and the humidity) – as always.

thanks for the support friends!
j~ my triples have never been in a row, they’ve been 10, 12 & 4 (or 6 or 7:45), so with enough time in between it’s like doing a double, but with triple the benefits and good feelings
